About Surrey Swim School

In 2007, Surrey Swim School splashed into action. We wanted to share our passion for the water and belief, that swimming can be a fun and rewarding experience if taught through structured, well-planned lessons.

Swimming is both a life-skill and a life-saving skill. It is an activity that can be enjoyed throughout stages of life, individually and with others. It can also be the beginning of other aquatic activities such as scuba-diving, snorkelling, surfing... and many more! We recognise and appreciate the importance of a safe and supportive environment. Our main goal is to create positive experience so every swimmer can enjoy the water.

Each term is planned using Surrey Swim School’s own scheme of work. Our schemes of work outline the content to be covered to deliver a full and inclusive swim program. Each lesson is purposely planned offering structure with specific objectives and delivered in an engaging and fun manner. For more information about our Teaching Plan, click here.

Nearly 20 years on, we stand by our philosophy and remain committed in being, the leading, independent provider of quality swimming lessons in the area.
